Spring Equinox Sound Bath Meditation + Potluck

Join us for our Spring Equinox Sound Bath Meditation + Potluck. We host seasonal ambient music performances and pair them with other sensory experiences like sacred cacao, breathwork, yoga, and a microdose. In this way, we design the pairings to activate all of your senses at once with the ambient sounds, the feeling of movement, the smell of cacao, and finally, the clearing of the third eye.

The intention of these quarterly celebrations is to express our gratitude for the abundance of the warmer months and for the needed rest of the cooler days of hibernation, while simultaneously recognizing the delicate balance of light and darkness, masculine and feminine, yin and yang.

Your ticket includes one (1) edible from the consumption bar before the meditation. Then, we'll begin our sound bath journey with Ana.
